Terms & Conditions: Booking

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received unless another arrangement has been agreed.

Online Sessions

If attending online, you are responsible for ensuring you have:

A quiet and private space

A stable internet connection

Enough room to lie down comfortably

A safe environment where you are unlikely to be interrupted

Please never participate while driving or operating machinery.

In-Person Sessions

Please arrive a few minutes before your session begins so you have time to settle into the space.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens, and I understand that plans sometimes change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded or transferred unless exceptional circumstances apply.

If Rooted Breath needs to cancel a session, you will be offered either a full refund or an alternative date.

Health & Wellbeing

By booking a session you confirm that:

You have completed any required health or contraindication forms honestly.

You will inform me if anything changes before your session.

You understand that breath work can create physical sensations and emotional release.

Personal Responsibility

Throughout every session you are encouraged to listen to your body.

You are always welcome to pause, slow down or stop at any point.

There is never any expectation to push through discomfort.

Breath work is an invitation—not a performance.

Rooted Breath offers breath work experiences designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, emotional awareness and personal growth.

Breath work affects everybody differently.

While many people experience profound benefits, no specific outcome can ever be guaranteed.

Sessions should never replace advice or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
